That sucks. I remember watching the E! True Hollywood Story of Jean-Claude Van Damme, and he talked about getting cast to play the role. I guess that fell through, but his replacement did a good job. According to Wikipedia, he was 7'2" tall!

Yeah he was giant. Crazy.

I love Predator and I really liked Predators, Predator 2 was terrible.

I prefer the Predator to the Alien, while Alien is an overall stronger franchise I find the Predator a much cooler antagonist.

A couple of days ago I heard that JCVD was already working on set when got booted because a) he constantly complained about the make-up, costume and heat and b) because all of the other cast members were so much taller than him.
