so i've been playing with a buddy lately, he's Silver IV. sometimes we do draft. if i'm picking before him, does that mean my hidden MMR is above his? Would it be safe to assume that, if i continue to play like this, i'll end up in Silver after my 10 matches?

i think a 10/0 is silver 1 placement.

0/10 being bronze 5

and anywhere inbetween is based on how many w/l

when i play adc, I always run to the side and kill their adc.... guess that's my problem lol

Sure. As the other person mentioned, as adc you want to stay alive more than anything. You only attack whoever you can attack safely. As an adc your job is to do damage, and you do infinitely more damage when you're alive than when you're dead.

Add me up if you want some tips. I dont think im a great teacher though

if you can i would get an account on pbe. you get free ip and rp everyweek. youl be able to try out each character and find the ones you like.

before i had a pbe account i would save up ip for two weeks just to get a champ and then find out i dont like them. it was a huge waste of time

whenever i played a fizz he'd always do great. always won the lane when i went as zed.


im lvl 20 atm and not sure if i should save up ip to buy runes for most played champs or just buy champs with the ip.

I find that most people want top, mid, or adc before jungle or support.

As ADC, don't relentlessly run after their ADC. It'll just get you killed. Ideally you are able to kite around and kill the highest priority target closest to you. If that means hitting the "tank", then so be it. Most people on your team anyway will run for their carry as is so you don't need to try and kill him.

Also, since you're playing Vayne and Ezreal, both champs who can reposition themselves but have medicore to crap autoattack range, it is even more imperative that you position yourself well if you've already blown your reposition skill. Ezreal doesn't scale that well into the late game but Vayne late game is an absolute terror if you know how to tumble. My guess is you're tumbling into their team or you're arcane shifting into the team and that just gets you instakilled.

edit: on a side note, it amazes me how low elo/bad players have no idea about this game or how bad they are. playing on a smurf and get constant **** talked by people that have no understanding of the game

Man had a d/c support most of the game but still destroyed the bot lane.

Makes me mad how someone can just turn the game around just csing. My ez was 10-3 by mid game and I would lose to a twitch i wrecked. He does stupid burst.

Set up two kills (hook, knock up adc under tower, his support comes into save. Ult, knock up support), ADC f*cks up, "WTF Blitz"

Instead of giving him the kills, Take them because this is one shytty f*cking vayne "WTF BLITZ, Report Blitz trolling and ks'ing"

And this is why i just went AP Blitz and rolled the game, From now on i'm just playing Lux "support" and going Ap.

Nidalee is good enough for solo queue. brb spears chunking half a hp bar from squishies, brb 500hp heals on 6sec cd. Only problem is she will fall off lategame since you're builing support instead of ap.

Same in Gold atm, was Blitz with a draven, the draven got mf to 20% hp after a hook and decided he should dive the enemy turret at lvl 1 vs a level 2 alistar/mf, i dont know why anyone would dive an alistar lane at level 1..

I used to junkie this game, might get back into it since dota 2 is filled with russians.
Was 1.4k Season 2, support main.
Stopped playing at the start of season 3, played a few ranked games here and there unaware of taric reworks (my main) **** failed so hard.

I'm utterly disappointment with amount of BM and Trolling that occurs in 'low' ranked champion selection. Everyone wants to play mid/adc, other roles are not fulfilled. Yesterday, I played a game with 4 ADCS. I posted this on the LoL FB page, suggesting a fix to the problem ;

Hello Riot. I think I would be talking for majority of the players in the Bronze/Silver/perhaps even Gold league, that the Ranked Solo Queues are getting progressively worse. The amount of trolling and Bad Manners coming from people who cannot play the role they desire, is extremely frustrating to say the least. For example, I played a game yesterday, where 4 of them wanted to go ADC, and you know what happened? Four of them WENT ADC and I couldn't do a thing about it, I can't dodge a queue because I'll get the punishment (time and IP). I strongly suggest that you implement a system that requires you to choose your desired role preference (or even two) so that you can be matched up with team mates who do not want to play the same role as you.

been playing pvp for about a week now, and overall LoL for 2 weeks, i am above average for my experience level and would like a group to play normals with, i play all roles except jungler (not much practice) and mostly support since no one picks those roles most of the time. i try hard to win srs

i hate playing with bad ppl, especially when im support and adc doesnt last hit or know how to do anything.

i usually get 20-30 assists when im with a good team, and when im adc/mid/top i usually get around 10 kills

Been playing Hecarim Jungle...level 25 normals...Strong RIOT matchmaking system, randomly get matched up against ******* 30's who have 2500 games...and some other smurfs on the other team.Might get on a few game winning streak by carrying huge,but then I'll end up on a 3game losing streak.

Game makes my jimmies rustled unlike no other,so many trolls..

Might start playing mid again, was gonna pick up Lux and Ryze..Good? Seems bruisers are best because you can usaully initiate..

Gold ADC checking in. Will probably try grinding to plat once the semester's over.

Fav champs by far are Twitch and Swain. Went from bronze to gold at the end of S2 by basically only using those two champs.

In all honesty, Caitlyn middle is not a terrible, troll idea. It's been done before in pro games (XPeke did it for sure in the LCS before), especially if you're up against like a melee mage. Someone like Kassadin would get zoned so hard by Caitlyn pre-6 if done properly. You would just have to accommodate your team with Caitlyn middle much like if someone wanted to play Ezreal middle which probably never happened plus the person doing Caitlyn middle probably wanted to play ADC and that was taken.

Voyboy does whatever he wants though when he solo queues and so do most people at that level.

And frost, that's just your normal MMR elevating itself. You said it yourself: you're dominating with Hecarim jungle so naturally you get paired up against "better" people because the game thinks you're ready for it.
