Like my other thread. In six months I have dropped from 196 to 168. My personal life goal to be fitter than I have ever been in my life is almost at its full fruition.
Right now at 168 lbs I am stepping up my fat burning regimen to drop my body fat % and get rid of the stubborn belly fat around my waist.
The pic attached is me on April 11th 2013 before I started my first ever testosterone boosting supplement Evotest by BSN. The after pic is on April 26th and I am very pleased with the rapid results. Now that I am about to cycle off of it I am switching from my regular cardio routine I have been doing for the past six months to now HIIT training for 30 days. In June there will be another pic to see how much difference a HIIT routine will make if I do it for 25 minutes 5-6 days a week.
Tips and questions are welcome.

I go 5-6 days a week. I do some medium weight training and i always do 25-30 minutes HIIT cardio everday. Alternate between elliptical, thread mill, and i just added swimming since its warming up outside. Swimming i just do whatever as long as my heart rate stays up and i do it on days when i ca go earlier in the day.
Elliptical/thread mill i do 45 seconds high intensity (170+ bpm) and then 45-60 seconds low intensity ( just "walking"). I start with 5 min warmup and alternate high/low for 20-25 minutes for 25-30 min total cardio time.
Besides that my diet is low on carbs and fats and rly high in protein. I dont exclude anything from my diet i just moderate. Keeps u from going insane and quitting.
