    Is this workout good?

    I have just started working again and I want to know what you guys think of this workout. Any help would be appreciated.

    Back/biceps:

    Back:
    Pull-ups- 4 sets
    One arm dumbbell row- 3 sets
    T-bar row- 3 sets
    Barbell row- 3 sets

    Biceps:
    Alternating dumbbell curl- 3 sets
    Preacher curl- 3 sets
    Concentration curl- 3sets

    looks fine, although I'd sub one of the biceps exercises(preferably the last two) with BB curls.

    Try it out for couple months, monitor your progress then decide if it is working for you or not.

    i'd say take out concentration curls
