I have just started working again and I want to know what you guys think of this workout. Any help would be appreciated.
Back/biceps:
Back:
Pull-ups- 4 sets
One arm dumbbell row- 3 sets
T-bar row- 3 sets
Barbell row- 3 sets
Biceps:
Alternating dumbbell curl- 3 sets
Preacher curl- 3 sets
Concentration curl- 3sets
