    I need tips in ways i can grow to 6 foot 1 when i reach 19!!! SRS. REPS!!

    im around 5 foot 10.5 without shoes. its just it would feel fcking awesome to be a 6 footer specially for a basketball player. i know i cant magically force my self to grow and its all genetics but arent there are some factors that will promote more growth? i really really wish i would grow at least 2 inches more. man that would be a blessing, i would be dunking by then specially with the vertical ive got right now... i need serious advice please.

    repeatedly breaking your legs is the only way i know to force growth.

    maybe try some intense stretching.

    mostly genetics, but you're only 16; so if you eat good and sleep good I guess these are factors that can help improve your height as well.

    Deep breath pullovers to expand rib cage. I realize you want height but forcing any growth before you fully ossify can only help right?

    I've heard that foam rolling as a stretch can increase height up to an inch. If you really consider it its not increasing though, just using full potential.

    But my dad is 6'1 so if your parents arnt taller then 6ft maybe it's not in your genes

    Yeah all I'm saying is you have a better chance of getting taller, becuase my mom is 5ft even so definitely didnt get my height from her

    Not sure if it works but my uncle wanted to be a volleyball player when he was 13-14 and he told me that he would hang from a bar because that will make you become taller. He is like 5'10'' now so I doubt it works but still that's what I've heard.

    Instead of looking for methods of forcing growth. Just focus on *not* hindering your growth.
    I guess constant bulking phase. Eating on a surplus with ensuring micronutrients sufficiency, you'll at least reach your genes limits.

    i was also 5'10 at 16 and my dad was shorter than that. my mom is 5'11 though and all the men on my mother's side are 6'4"+ , i'm short
