I'm rather shocked that at least two people thought I was being serious with my comments when it should be quite obvious I wasn't. Strong. It's quite obvious when I then say "in all seriousness though..." and ask him a question. You think I didn't realise who was posting?
And Hooly, I hope you realise that was like the 8th rep that I failed because I completely mis-grooved it.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

It depends entirely on the powerlifting. I think it is great for powerbuilding for a bodybuilder but as far as powerlifters some will thrive on it and some will stall completely and add nothing to their total from it.
That imitation was so realistic that it sent chills down my spine.
I'll swing by from time to time. Yeah I assumed he was joking/trolling I get far worse insults on a daily basis. LoL

Welcome Jason, good to see you in this thread. You can join the team of non-natties, who hate fake natties who preach supps+BS, we have here.
For about the last week I have been suffering from tennis elbow, from lifting. It set in about a weeks ago on a push day and then aggrivated a couple of days ago, it hurt whilst working today (repetitively lifitng kitchen plates up as waiter-come-barman). How can I recover from this?
Also I am suffering with shoulder/rotator cuff injuries I had a semi-srs bad rotator cuff injury about 5-6weeks ago when I had to take about 10days off any pressing movements as holding the bar after sets was tooo painful. However when I returned to benching/pressing ect it was fine. But I had shoulder pains in my last push day and had to stop any benching, even tried the chest press machine yet pain again ...but when I do military of db press my shoulders are fine How can I sort this out?
