Unfortunately you just have to keep dieting down until it's gone. Low back/stomach/love handle fat are the last place most people lose fat from. Also no exercise will get rid of that fat, there is no such thing as spot reducing.
You're already pretty light. I'd suggest you build some mass first before you try to get down low enough to get rid of that last bit of fat.

I have the same problem, Focus on weight training Deadlifting and sqauting will help build up your core. You need some more mass before you need to worry about lossing the lower stomach fat. The lower stoamch fat and "love handles" are the first to come and the last to leave. However if you cut too much at your size your going to look like a stick! Look into doing a 5X5 strength program and eat 10% more calories then maintance for a year or so then cut.

Well, not sure if you are serious, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt because of your age:
No. No specific exercise will target fat in love handles, lower ab fat, or whatever. You need to sustain a caloric deficit (losing fat over all) until they disappear. And I agree with some of the above posters that you would most likely be better off gaining muscle for a spell before dieting down to actual leanness. Your "love handles" would look far less apparent if you had some upper torso mass.
