@andy chow, sorry been neglecting to update this regularly, but to answer your question.
basically it would all depend upon your macros as to the portion size, and overall amount you need to cook at once. but things i eat throughout the week are like this,
Chicken, portabello slices, broccoli, minced onion, garlic paste. - Stir fry with olive oil, season with fresh cracked pepper, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
Cod, wrapped in cabbage leaves and steamed. - served with braised greens (like collards or mustard greens or kale)
Grilled Skirt steak with honey glazed carrots and sauteed turnip greens.90 day transformation challenge,

You do 5 hours of cardio a day? Why?Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

been working my butt off, both literally and figuratively.
getting annoyed by the amount of time i devote to the gym each week, it has become a full time job just about 40 hours each week. the ratio of work to reward has become pretty lean, was losing 10lbs/week now down to 6lbs or less.
decided now is a good time to try and work smarter. however changing the program up and going the "one hour a day" that everyone seems to suggest doesn't feel right.90 day transformation challenge,

2.5mph-5%grad-2hours over the day = 1,600 calories
3.5mph -10%grade-15min = 300 calories.
