Anyone use stinging nettle leaf to improve free testosterone levels?

I have heard that about 600-900 mg of this herb per day has the effect of inhibiting the enzymes which convert testosterone into DHT and effectively increasing free testosterone levels in the body.

A couple questions about this practice...

Does the extra testosterone have the potential to aromatize and turn into estrogen?

Does the supplement have any propecia like effects like regrowing hair as well as destroying your dick since the way it works sounds similar to the mechanisms of finasteride.

This is my first post, glad to be here.

Not sure if this will help, but taken from Onnit:

"Once synthesized, free testosterone is released into the blood stream to reach its biological targets. However, free testosterone is quickly bound and inactivated by a circulating high-affinity carrier protein, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)[10]. Stinging nettle root helps the body compete with the binding of SHBG, allowing a higher proportion of testosterone to remain in the active, unbound form[11, 12]. The combination of Eurycoma Longifolia and nettle root increases the probability of increased free testosterone reaching its biological target."

also, if interested in estrogen inhibition:

Red Clover isoflavones and luteoline help suppress aromatase, the key enzyme that converts testosterone to estradiol [14, 15]. In addition, the potent anti-oxidant resveratrol has recently been shown to exert anti-estrogenic activity by antagonizing a subset of estrogen receptors[16, 17]. These three compounds together help prevent the unwanted side effects that can occur from elevated testosterone production.
