    Calcium Lactate

    I was told by a trainer today that calcium lactate is cruical in building muscle and the healing process. I have never heard this before, but I was wondering if anyone else uses this? and if it has helped?

    calcium lactate (or sodium lactate) in combination with caffeine to activate it before exercising is a way to boost hypertrophy during low impact high repetition sets. oddly enough this wasn't proven until a few years after this thread. your trainer may be some kind of mad scientist.
