    How pezking got his wheels back

    Getting pudgier and weaker by the day...all my pants fit, with room in the legs! Shirts are not tight in the arms, I feel like I have pointy boobs, and the only lats I have are made of flub.

    I have a motivation problem and BB.com seems to keep me focused, so I'm trying to come back here and post more.

    Starting stats:
    Weak as fuark.
    Legs @ peak of vastis lateralus: 18"
    Legs at thickest part of thigh: 23.5"
    Biceptuals: 14" (the left one)
    Waist: 37" (measured at the belly button and going over the love handles)



    Today:

    BW: 175 lb

    Squat:
    135x5(x3)
    --Easy, wobbly form though.

    Dips:
    BWx5(x3)

    Deadlift:
    205x6
    --Form feels...good? How is that possible?

    **NOTES**
    I hope I can do this for more than 2 weeks.

    Morning BW: whoops I forgot

    --FIrst time weights have felt "heavy" on my back, I think this is the weight at which balance starts to change due to how much weight is on your back vs. bodyweight.

    I didn't really want to lift tonight because I ate dinner before lifting, and it's a bit late for me (yes 8:00pm is late)

    Squats actually felt heavy for my muscles. Nothing terrible but I actually had to focus and push, which is different than 135 and 160. I think next week will be 10lb additions and then probably switching to only two heavy days of squat per week.

    Everything else was fine. Just trying to bang this workout out as fast as I could.

    I made some protein ice cream: banana whey powder, frozen strawberries, and a splash of milk. It didn't turn out wonderful. I think it's partly because of how airy it is and because I don't love ice cream. Will try again.

    Got the GF to do some conditioning with me tonight. Nothing hardcore:

    Farmer's Carry:
    45's - 3 times up and down the deck (x2)

    Death March:
    25'x - 1 time up and down the deck (x2)

    Death march really kicked my arse, love this exercise. 45's aren't heavy enough for farmer's carry, need more like 100's.

    Orange flavored animal piss

    Morning BW: 173.5 lb

    Squat:
    45x10
    135x5
    155x3
    205x5(x3)
    --2nd set had a few slow reps. 3rd set was faster but a little wobbly on form.

    Dips:
    BWx5
    +25x5(x3)

    Deadlifts:
    135x5
    245x5
    --Just right. First 3 reps were really fast, last rep I had to pull for. Form still feels really good, I should get a video.

    ***NOTES***
    I got no sleep last night so I was dragging ass when I got home from work. I slammed some of this animal Pre-WO I have that tastes like cat piss mixed with dirt that a cat pissed in. But hey, it got me through my workout.

    Squats were slowish. I think I need to warm up more. I used to run for a few minutes to get my muscles warm and I'm missing that right now.

    I added 10 lbs to dips instead of 5, basically because I'm too lazy to get all the right plates together to make 20 lbs.

    Deadlifts were great. Can't complain.
