Getting pudgier and weaker by the day...all my pants fit, with room in the legs! Shirts are not tight in the arms, I feel like I have pointy boobs, and the only lats I have are made of flub.
I have a motivation problem and BB.com seems to keep me focused, so I'm trying to come back here and post more.
Starting stats:
Weak as fuark.
Legs @ peak of vastis lateralus: 18"
Legs at thickest part of thigh: 23.5"
Biceptuals: 14" (the left one)
Waist: 37" (measured at the belly button and going over the love handles)
Today:
BW: 175 lb
Squat:
135x5(x3)
--Easy, wobbly form though.
Dips:
BWx5(x3)
Deadlift:
205x6
--Form feels...good? How is that possible?
**NOTES**
I hope I can do this for more than 2 weeks.

I didn't really want to lift tonight because I ate dinner before lifting, and it's a bit late for me (yes 8:00pm is late)
Squats actually felt heavy for my muscles. Nothing terrible but I actually had to focus and push, which is different than 135 and 160. I think next week will be 10lb additions and then probably switching to only two heavy days of squat per week.

I got no sleep last night so I was dragging ass when I got home from work. I slammed some of this animal Pre-WO I have that tastes like cat piss mixed with dirt that a cat pissed in. But hey, it got me through my workout.
Squats were slowish. I think I need to warm up more. I used to run for a few minutes to get my muscles warm and I'm missing that right now.
I added 10 lbs to dips instead of 5, basically because I'm too lazy to get all the right plates together to make 20 lbs.
