Ok guys, I started cutting 3 months ago. Guess what? I was all depressed because of you guys "OH U CANNOT GET STRONGER AND LOOSE BF AT THE SAME TIME UNLESS UR ON DAT DERE" I told myself "Enough, no more taking advice from reatards". 3 months into cutting and I'm stronger than I ever was. Also the *******s who are saying "noob lifter gains" I have been lifting for 1 year and a couple of months, my noobgains are long gone fukers. All I do is eat my 3k Cals, drink lots of water, lift my ass into pieces this is my last resort, suffocation no mercy. Do HIIT for 10 minutes x 4 times a week (30 second on 30 second off) and yeah thats it. Oh yeah when lifting I always try to break my PR.

its obvious when people new to lifting just dive into BBing for the first year to three years. Dont need scientific proof to back up that claim
