    how many carbs per day?

    just curious, how many carbs per day (grams) do you ladies consume? on a normal basis- just trying to keep the muscle I have, always trying to add some and get rid of some fat.

    I eat whatever is left after ive hit my fat m protein minimums. Usually around 190g sometimes more.

    Carbs arnt the devil. Dont know what the beef with them is. The only thing that makes you fat and that eating too much.

    ^^ same. I hit my protein and fat an then make the rest up with carbs. Usually about the 200g mark.
    Again it just comes down to calories in and calories out. Don't need to over complicated things.

    300 give or take a few for me, I eat a lot of bread, oatmeal, and fruit/veggies.

    I often eat between 350-500g carbs. And that's after my protein and fat have generously been met. When I do a day with higher fat and protein I'm usually in the 125g range. Most of the week I go high carb though.
