I really like it, It is very misunderstood. It is not about manipulating people it is about developing great social skills for all social situations.

Kept trying, didn't give a fuk, remembered it was a numbers game, dropped lines and just approached and had fun, success. So i do have to thank the PUA community... inner game was key.

If you guys would actually read PUA now a days (RSD esp.) it has changed tremendously. there are no pre-written scripts now, the main focus is "Inner Game" and "Resonance" and "Congruence" which is working on yourself first and foremost from the inside out and being the best you and that extrudes to your social skills and the people you interact with. There is no manipulation at all. Just understanding the rate of progression and how little what you say actually matters and how life is a numbers game.. Now my jimmies are getting slightly rustled

Meh, don't really have a problem with it tbh, although I will say their articles about inner game are pretty much spot on and can benefit virtually anyone. Studied it religiously my last year of HS.

its a process that goes like this

>fa white knight beta ****s get friendzoned, cheated on, treated like chit, etc etc
>fa's read the game
>fa's get on google, find pua forums
>fa's start 'sarging' use lots of stupid lines and cheesy chit.
>fa's strike out with all girls, but soon they stop caring
>start paying attention to how they speak/dress/goals in life
>work towards being cooler people
>lines start working
>fa's now pickup artists- start smashing
>fa's get tired of same scripted conversations
>start improvising
>ends up becoming a laid back alpha who is comfortable in his skin, has confidence, and knows what to say/how to react.

and then the smart ones get out of the game and focus on meaningful **** like a career, travelling, health

Agreed, it's basic relationship psych 101 stuff and there are those that can work it, but imo it's more of a money maker for those that have a name in the industry and the outcome for the ones that pay are fairly slim imho.

I think the PUA community complicates a rather uncomplicated process with women. If you don't know how to talk to the opposite sex, it might help some...but it can be really pathetic if you sound like you're reading from a manual...

Most "PUA" are terrible although I've seen some successful stories. It honestly only works during nightlife. PUA wouldn't work randomly during the day when there's no alcohol involved.

PUA is for the guys who struggle to naturally talk to people. Notice nearly all of them are introverts, nervous, etc so I think it is a really good thing. Ex betas teaching betas how to get girls and make friends
