I must say i enjoy Diet Coke myself, there isnt anything wrong with a tin now and again, but with that many it cant be good, try to consume much more water and fruit juices and then you can reward yourself with 1-2 diet coke on that day, just gradually try to reduce it over time dont try and cut it all out at once.

I like seltzer water, no aspartame because I use a lot of sweetener already.
Has a bit of a sour taste at first but you adjust and start to like it, plus it's still carbonated.Always learning, Always growing, Never satisfied

Aspartame
It's a phenylketonuric. It's a man made isolated amino acid. If you're sensitive to it don't drink it, otherwise the effects are negligible.
Most medical journals don't advise taking in amino acids with less than 8 chains. However like I stated, if you aren't sensitive then it is largely irrelevant.
It's like taking in insulin shots because you are afraid you might get diabetes one day. Or cutting out gluten because it will harm you. Think of all the crap they put in 'gluten free' foods to make them taste as yummy. You are prolly better off regardless with the gluten IMO.
How about Diet Pepsi? Haha
Basically everything stated on here besides tea and water are loaded with sucralose anyway. So from one man made thing to another. I'm gonna quit smoking and start chewing tobacco instead. It's healthier. what the EFF? Haha ok I'm donePortlandbrent C@youtube.com for my workout routines! Copy and paste link if not clickable:)
My girlfriend lifts more than you do:)
Seems like the longer I train the luckier I get.
Cardio sucks.

Why ask a woman out when there's a chance she might say no? Why risk it? Extreme difference that I just mentioned. Sorry about that. But really, seemingly everything has been purported to have some kind of negative effect at a certain amount (What dosage? At what time? How so?).
The chance that Diet Coke might be carcinogenic is a non-concern for me, and I recommend the same non-concern mentality for you and everyone else. It's not conclusively proven and I certainly haven't met one person that's said, "I quit Diet Coke because it's carcinogenic and I feel much better without it because of that!"
Aspartame 'purportedly' is supposed to be the worst thing ever. There are even 'reports' scattered around about negative, cancerous interactions between sodium benzoate and vitamin C.
Of course everything I've said above is flawed with a care-free mentality, but I'd rather not worry about something that hasn't been set in stone. We all only live once, I reckon.
