they have FBA in europe. Look into that. I think the market is probably much less competitive so its probably easy to find things to sell

I'm selling products that weigh 1-3 oz's (costs $1.93 first class) when I print my labels thru ebay. Anyway to ship items for less than that and still have tracking?

Both of my products are selling pretty well. What is your rule of thumb on re-stocking guys? I figure it would be easier to keep a constant stock available rather than running out and waiting on that poverty china shipping.

DHL shipping froom china takes 3 days max in most cases. Of course, depending on your product weight, margins,etc, dhl may not be cost effective

I believe EMS is slightly cheaper, I could be wrong, I haven't ordered with EMS in quite some time.

The items I order are fairly light, so DHL shipping only adds 30 to 40 cents per pc to my unit cost.

Calculate Days sales of inventory (inventory units/sales per day) and if it is less than your lead time then you'll run OOS.

I usually try to add a few weeks to the expected lead time. So if it takes 3 weeks from PO to receipt, count on 5-6 weeks.

thats the best your going to get as a small/medium size seller. i work for a huge closeout\liquidation company and they negotiate rates with usps. however if you get into ups's mail innovations program you can go as low as 1.83

Anyone got any tips for raising "Below Standard" Seller Level? I was Top-Rated for awhile, but the new Amazon-clone Detailed Seller Ratings killed me hard.

I was thinking of just selling like 100 super cheap items and eat the cost just to get to Top-Rated again. It's so worth it.

you pretty much got it

sell whatever you can fast. Even if you break even, its better than being below standard.

I was thinking I can save a lot if I just used more than 1 stamp and mail them in a basic envelope. But in order to be a Top Rated seller on eBay, you need to have tracking uploaded. sucks man

for some reason it always says my projected seller rating is below standard but every time I get the monthly seller review it comes in above standard. That was bc some people said they had things get lost in the mail like 9 months ago.... wtf eBay

After my first 2 months back in the game im on �800 for 60 days, not alot, but not too bad considering i was out of stock for atleast 1-2 weeks, and my listing fuked up for about 1-2 weeks, and started from 0 feedback. This has been taking up about 45 mins of my day since i got a label printer as well so easy money. I got tons of room to get better tho.

Lets all keep hustling cuzes.
