Countries Ranked by Post-Secondary Education %

Surprised to see Canada on top considering college there is more expensive than some European countries

What is really surprising is how a lot of these countries college is free or really cheap yet their numbers are really low. Europeans, seems everyone under 25 is a student.

Also I find it really funny how Europeans being uneducated, less intelligent, blah blah blah but real stats say otherwise. Also interesting because in a lot of places, you need to have a degree to get any decent job while in the US you can go really far without any real education.

Anyways, is this considering people with 4 year degrees or higher, or just any post secondary education?
