The best way to buff out your dense muscles is with turtle wax and a decent microfiber cloth.

Based on your height and avi, I would've said 250+

I don't know where you came up with 190.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what your question is.... I think somebody needs to invent a new piece of punctuation to denote a question (probably won't catch on).

To answer what I think you're asking: weight is mass; so to add mass, you must add weight. But, you need to ask yourself why you wish to add mass at 6' and 270#. You stated that you wanted to reach your goal, but not what the goal is, this detail would likely help us to answer your inquiry. If your goal is to "buff out" adding mass at 270# isn't going to help!
