I was always obese...from childhood on. My life was miserable...one day I decided enough was enough. You did a great job on your weightloss! Yes, after a life of never even having kissed or been on a date by 22 other than with escorts, I have every right to be obsessed with wanting to increase my looks as high as possible before I even think about women. I was invisible to hot women and only got noticed by average girls with bad noses or flaws. Most attractive women don't give a **** about confidence that isn't backed up with high looks or hard cash.

My weight loss was mostly cardio and 1300-1500 calorie diets, I actually lost most of that weight in 5-6 months. At this time I doubt I will lose 2 lbs a week at my current macros nor do I intend to. 1-1.25/week is fine. I am still worried my wide waist will be an issue, I think the only solution is to build a wide upper body when the time comes.

Yes, most people are average and don't care about models or top bodybuilders. However, hot women (outside of high school where they are young and relatively innocent) mostly date guys who are handsome or exceptionally wealthy. The only difference is that in the western world, looks are more important than money, and in poorer countries, money is more important.

Smart, good looking, good personality, career etc... All go into the equation. You can be average in any of those as long as you stand out in the rest.
