What i did today: Legs/shoulders
Squat 4x80kgx8
Incline dumbell press 4x20kgx10
Calf Raisers 4x80kgx20
Behind barbell shoulder shrugs 5x50kgx12
Barbell Lunges 4x50kgx8 (Each leg)
Dumbell side Laterals raise 4x12kgx10
Leg curls 5x75kgx10
Weight plate front raise 4x15kgx10 with 4 second negative
Leg extentions 4x75kgx15
Rear deltoid flys 5x57kgx10
