    Gotta get big!! Aesthetically obviousely

    Im gunna post up my workout routines maybe help some folks trying to gain mass, maybe you guys can help me too, i deal in kg btw not pounds dont get confused, i train long and hard too.

    What i did today: Legs/shoulders

    Squat 4x80kgx8
    Incline dumbell press 4x20kgx10
    Calf Raisers 4x80kgx20
    Behind barbell shoulder shrugs 5x50kgx12
    Barbell Lunges 4x50kgx8 (Each leg)
    Dumbell side Laterals raise 4x12kgx10
    Leg curls 5x75kgx10
    Weight plate front raise 4x15kgx10 with 4 second negative
    Leg extentions 4x75kgx15
    Rear deltoid flys 5x57kgx10

    Any comments would be appreciated bays!
