please tell me what you think. to inroduce myself im a boy from tennessee and im 16.i got started in powerlifting at the end of my ninth grade year at the weight of 260lbs of fat.i got to lifftin with a partner that was half the size of me but got so much better gains and at one time was stronger than me.i started at a 180lbs on the bench,he started at 130.by 2 months he was getting 230 and i was on 210.but then the summer rolls on and i bust the hell out of pushups trying to do 300 + a night.i couldnt get my hands on any weights so thats all i had.i came back getting 270 in my weightlifting class.i lost 20 lbs and now here are my stats
bench:315 last pr but i put up 225 13 times so should be gettin more
squat:400

good day
hell of a good day.i went in and was not feeling to good to start.finally got goin and i always start with bench got down and was wormin up with 225.felt good and light.so i decided to try to go heavier today so i put 265 busted 6 reps.thru 275 on busted 2 sets of 5 with strain.what the hell tried 285 busted 2 sets of 4.ive never done this good.cant wait to max week after next.the rest of workout was same as usual.what do u think i can get on max day.my last pr was 315 before school ended.
who cares what im gettin now,ill be gettin more tomorrow.

had a descent day.i went to fotball yesterday and i impressed everyone out there.it felt good actually behing able to use my strength for something else besides powerlifting.there was this real fat boy that was about 330 and my friends were sayin u better be worried about him .i told my friends i wasnt worried and the coach put me right up against him and i laid him out.it felt so good.today we lifted weights and that boy was so weak.he was tryin to get a shirt for benchin 225 and he put 225 on and asked me to spot him and i was thinking ln my head he can get that he dont need a spot.bot it off the bench dropped it right on his chest and screamed for me to get it off.but to me that was just amazing to be that big and that weak.

well im back.i know its been a while since ive posted but its been a long week.to get started my lifts have been going good.friday i screwed up and got drunk and that really messed me up saturday .when i worked out saturday i stunk so bad.i was thimking about doing a lite workout today because were maxing tommorow in weightlifting.im praying for 330.but thats about it.

im back.we were supposed to max out but are weightlifting teacher made us do measurements today instead.thers one boy in there who had bigger arms legs chest and neck.but i told him well take it to the weights and see whos the baddest.he is a whole lot fatter than me but i pray im stronger.they told me that he was only gettin like 250.well see.but my arms were 17and a half,my chest was 50 inches.my quads were 31 inches and my calfs were 18 inches.neck was 18 inches.is that descent?

yeah we got to school and i asked our new weightlifting coach was we gone max.he was like well i want to let the begginers go into it easy so we went in there and he said just workout and get used to the weight so i went over there and that boy was right beside me and i told him to put 225 on.i swear to god i pushed up 225 15 TIMES!!!! it felt so good.2nd set i did it 11.3rd sid 265 5.that big boy was so freakin weak for his size.after i got done i was like u want me to leave these 45s on he was like naw put them 25s on.IT FELT SO GOOD!!i cant wait to max out.i done decided when i get 350 im gonna start competing.cant wait till then.
