I play rugby, used to do judo and play waterpolo as well but don't have enough time for it now.

Yes you need to be fit, and you need endurance in training 30 mins strecthing running pushups abs etc.. before even starting the hard part is bulking along with MMA it kills your gains, when im on bulk i don't do MMA fitness just some 10 mins sparring with friends, Anderson Silva has made a 2 hours movie that show you professional offense and defense techniques they are good, plus you can find many professional others on youtube, but to apply these techniques you need to find a partner.Originally Posted by JaksInsane
