Hey guys, relative newbie here so don't hate too hard. I know this question has probably been asked to death, but is it okay to have a few beers on a night out with friends? I've never been one to get wasted so I'm talking 3 light beers at most, mainly as social lubricant. I eat pretty cleanly (my avatar is old) and this would be the first time I've drank anything alcoholic for at least 2 months. I've read so much about how alcohol can pretty much destroy most of your progress in a short amount of time and I'm terrified of losing what I've worked for. As a side question, I'm in college and I can't help but notice that a lot of the frat guys I see at the gym are in pretty good shape (at least aesthetically). I know that drinking is pretty common place in the frat world, no hate, so how do they manage to stay in good shape regardless of what their weekend habits are?
Thanks!

Your goals appear to be related to improved aesthetics, so I believe you answered your own question. Regular moderate alcohol consumption does not prevent someone from developing/maintaining an aesthetic physique.
If your goals were performance related, I'd suggest paying closer attention to the athletes on campus instead of the frat guys.Watdo?
You get used to it. I...I don't even see the food. All I see is protein, fat, carbohydrate.

Basically this. One night every now and then will do very little damage to your progress. You may feel bloated the next day but it'll go away so fast. I think it's funny when people freak out about 1 day when they "messed up" their cut. It won't set you back so if you want it just have it
Patience, dedication, drive.
