thats how i feel pretty much every time i leave my FFL's shop. but, i have a very bad feeling about the 2nd amendment in ca. i think its about to be ended
completely agree man. im not sure what that guy is thinking, but here in america, if you commit acts of terrorism, there really isnt much of a future for you.
and LOL @ the comment, "if you kill them there will be hell to pay"
people who set off bombs in public places, killing innocent people do not deserve rights of any kind. im sure the feds will be real nice to them once they find them...
on a lighter note, heres some gun porn. the two firearms i plan on investing in this weekend. both .44 mag
and the two other pistols i hope to acquire before they get banned
.357 mag

can't be positive, I've never tried using both the hanging points. The hanger is pretty close in diameter to the hole in the plate so it really doesn't sway side to side any noticeable amount.
Shot it with both a .30 cal rifle and .40 cal handgun. In the future I'd definitely love to have a set up like Mauser's...looks like so much funMFC Illuminati

Homeless guy approached my car while I was smoking a cig at a stoplight. Told him no. He kept approaching saying c'mon man, etc. I was rolling up my window as he reached inside very quickly (other hand in a jacket pocket) - I uncovered and reached for my weapon while screaming, "THATS CLOSE ENOUGH". Startled the sht out of the guy and he backed off in a hurry. Still had my hand on my weapon as he walked off.
I'm not sure if he knew I was drawing or it was just my voice. Either way, situation avoided. Probably just a drunk panhandler but the quickness with which he started to reach towards me and the fact that I couldnt see his other hand made me react violently. Interestingly, I've drilled "STOP RIGHT THERE", "THATS CLOSE ENOUGH" in courses doing shoot/dont shoot drills and that is exactly how I reacted - purely on autopilot. Made me a big believer in the "you revert to your training" mantra. Looking back, I should have raised my voice before I let him cover all that distance.
Bro there is no way that they are going to even try to band wheel and lever guns... or are they?

With a cop dead and another in serious condition from the earlier shootout, I don't think they are going to give him much wiggle room if he has a weapon or acts aggresively.
I hope they do take him alive, kind of interested to hear why, who they're connected to, etc.
Actually, scratch that it's cheaper to send him on his way then give him a life long stay in prison. We don't rise to the occasion, we fall to our level of training.

My finger tips hurt!
...because I forgot how hot a suppressor gets when blasting 5.56 through it. Holy ****! I spent almost as much time waiting on the can to cool down enough for me to take it off as I did shooting. It was the first time I've run 5.56 through my 30 cal and I was impressed, especially since it was through a 10" barrel.*MFC Illuminati*

He's got it right. I've had a few of these up for at least 2 years, and have had zero problems. Fence posts range from 4' posts (pistol target holders) to 7' for the farthest away rifle ones (to make them more visible in the tall grass). They (the fence posts)l get hit by flyers and bend or get chunks blown off (srs) I'll post a pic of the most damaged one tomorrow when I go out to the range.
Depending on size/weight, they'll bounce around when hit by hotter stuff (.357Mag) but settle down before you can get back on target.
Side to side sway/twisting will be almost non-existent, unless you have a big honking tombstone/circle/etc... set-up for rifles and hit the corner of the target. But once again, by the time you get back on target from recoil, it'll be swaying anterior-posterior because the fencepost/plant hanger limits the side to side twisting.Short Shorts Illuminati

That's just ridiculous.
Seriously.
What is wrong with people?
I've had 1k rounds of Magtech 5.56 ammo...good milspec type stuff...on Gunbroker for nearly 24 hours now with a BIN of $625 and nobody has even done that yet
I did get $300 for 500 rounds of Wolf though. Buy-it-now same day, and $330 for 600 rounds of Herters.
I just want to make enough money on these I can more easily afford the MK262 and IMI that I ordered for myself

California SB567 - turning pistols into shotguns:
SB 567, as introduced, Jackson
.
Firearms: shotguns.
Existing law, for purposes of specified provisions, defines shotgun
as a weapon designed or redesigned, made or remade, and intended to
be fired from the shoulder and designed or redesigned and made or
remade to use the energy of the explosive in a fixed shotgun shell to
fire through a smooth bore either a number of projectiles (ball shot) or
a single projectile for each pull of the trigger.
This bill would revise the definition of a shotgun to delete the
requirement that it be intended to be fired from the shoulder, and
would clarify that the projectile may be fired through either a rifled bore or a
smooth bore.
This $hit's straight potatoes. P-O-T-A-T-O-E-S---------------->MFC<---------------

You guys seen the "House to House Searches in MA" thread? Very ominous.
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...3403951&page=1
One poster said this about how they are conducting the searches:
I live here. Heres what they're doing.
1 - knocking on the door, telling you they are coming in.
2- if you refuse they radio to someone outside who then gets on a megaphone, announces your house number to your neighbors, and DEMANDS you let them inside for "security".
3- If you still refuse, they enter without a warrant anyways.
4- If they find ANYTHING during their illegal search, it is evidence against you.
Unconstitutional!
I swear this is being done to set a precedent that this is OK.
People have already reported THEFTS by these people and DAMAGES. One lady was punched in the face by an officer.

I just got my Magtech today, ended up paying $.59/CPR and I'm trying to sell half of it, threw it up on Armlist for $375 and haven't even got one hit. Not making much on it @ $625 are you? I'm just trying to keep some while bringing my cost down, not trying to hold onto $580 worth of ammo...Any other good places to list it? I think I'm gonna try local forums and listed on back page for the hell of it lol
