Should I do carb up day or carb up meal? Been doing keto for the past 7 days and this morning I had 100 gm carbs preworkout, no fat and about 15gm protein.
Should I continue the carb up for the rest of the day? or should I get back to keto?
My goal is fat loss and my leptin levels are okay (i.e. I stopped craving carbs after 3 days of keto but lost strength in those initial days) Today strength levels are back after that heavy carb pre workout
Should I get back to keto now? or continue carbing up for today?

Not sure where you are at with keto; looks like you may be new to it. If so, don't start a carb up on your first week. It takes several weeks for your body to adjust to keto. It is natural for you to feel a bit weak (lack of carbs) but you will get past that soon enough.
The answer to your carb up question would be determined by what type of keto plan you are on (SKD, CKD, TKD); I would go back to cutting carbs and getting back into keto to see how it goes.
