On this subject, I see there are a number of first time shoppers on this thread. Here's a little tip - Always, and I mean ALWAYS negotiate for an OTD (out the door price). Basically, you try to agree on figure that includes all fees, taxes, etc. They will know what you mean and make all the numbers fit.
I have always gotten my bikes "OTD" for a little less than the posted ticket price.
Also, this is just my opinion, but I generally advise against buying extended warranties - when you buy one you are basically placing a bet that your bike will break or have a MAJOR problem within that timeframe. Today's motors are pretty bulletproof so unless you get a true lemon, you're throwing your money away."Listen here you beautiful bitch, I'm about to fuk you up with some truth." -me

Thanks to everyone ITT that helped me get the information I needed to get the ball rolling on obtaining my motorcycle license. Signing up for classes that include: 16 hours of instruction, 4 hours in the classroom, and 12 hours actually on a bike.
Will check back in once I've completed all of this for recommendations/tips/etc.
Thanks again and looking forward to becoming part of the crew!Always Pick 7 crew

I cleaned up the bike I bought last night, out of impulse while not in the right "mindset"
I think I am happy with it and can flip it well. I bought it for $3750. It barely has 6,000 miles. Runs alright, im working on it and it's been getting better. I THINK it is a Ninja 636.. I don't know for sure lol
I'll probably list it for $4,500 and take $4,200 at the least.

Where is it? That would probably sell pretty quick anywhere in the dirty souf where there's a significant urban population. Some dude would definitely grab it up and put his girl on it.

I'm at home on my break.. This might be my last day doing this fedex shiit. I came in this morning and literally every box was loaded into the left corner of my truck. I flipped the fuk out to say the least. They have printed diagrams in front for the loaders to know where each box belongs on the truck. This ******* who loaded obviously didn't give a sht and just buried tons of boxes underneath each other. I seriously hate working for this stupid fuking company. No oversight at all in the morning and they let these dumb fukers load sht however they want.
I don't think I'll even show up on monday.:: Above & Beyond Crew ::

the 6RR (the 599) has an adjustable swing arm pivot
the engine stamp will also say 600 or 636 in it somewhere, the frame stamp should as well
the 599 has better suspension then the 636
the 599 has a closer gear ratio & higher compression.... with race fuel it would pump out higher numbers than the 636 lol
im sure thats it.... but i feel like im forgetting something.*Knee Draggers Crew*

You can actually do classes on motorcycle tires.
But pressure depends on the type of tire, there is a difference between sport and sport touring pressures, air and road surface temp, type of riding you are doing and your specific bike/weight.
Honda recommends for my bike 34 front / 36 rear, I use that as a starting point to set my pressure.*Knee Draggers Crew*
