Hey guys I have been doing All Pro's beginner routine for about 7 month's now and was wondering what you guys thought about my progress so far. I started my cut about 8 weeks ago and dropped from 225-230lbs to 215-210lbs (weight changes some days). When i was bulking i didnt count my calories at all and just ate a whoooleee lotta food which is probably why i gained so much weight so fast. My before pics are from June 2012 but i didn't really work out back then and just ate a lot and used my dads bow flex lol, but i got serious in October and went to a gym and started all pro's. Unfortunately i don't have pics right after my bulk but here are some that i just took, a bit bloated. Im now counting my macros and cutting on about around 2000-2300 calories with a bit of cardio from my gym class and about 150-180 grams of protein a day and im still increasing in strength on my lifts. My lifts right now are
Bench-185lbs-10repsx2
Deadlift-295lbs-10repsx2
Squat-225lbs-10repsx2
Bent over rows-155lbs- 10repsx2
Shoulder Press-135lbs-10repsx2
