So I am 15 and just started weight lifting and need help fixing my workout.. Just add stuff to what you think i should do. Any help would be good!
Before every work out I do abs.
Saturday-Legs
Squats
right after 1 mile pace 7:30
Repeat.
Hamstrings.
Sunday-Glutes/lowerback/
2 leg press
glute iso
low back (what machine is called)
Hip thrust
Squat (light)
Monday- Upper body Here is the problem should i brake this into 2 days? but idk how? i heard like biceps and back / triceps and shoulders but idk
Bench press
ISO- lateral incline press
hug the tree with dumbbells
Camber curl
shoulder internal
shoulder press
420 tricep press
8 lat pull
321 lateral raise
I die out about here
