Deadlifting and squats without shoes is soooooooooooo much better. My lower back used to get put under so much stress with shoes. Without them, feels so damn good. Would recommend. Gyms are usually *******s about it though. Since I work at one of the locations they let me do whatever the fuk I want at the rest. Deets which u gym u lift at in the chi area?

Right now I am using planet fitness (10 bucks a month cant beat it) until I move into my next place (which will be soon) and thusly find a permanent gym. It has a big parking lot so that was clutch, plus it is by my storage unit. The gym itself blows, only has smith machines (4 of em) and is usually pretty crowded. I live in the Depaul area, so I was thinking of joining their gym, but it's 70 a month.... way to much.
