Hey,
This is my first post so go easy on me!
I've been doing this routine I came up with for about 6 weeks now. I've made a lot of gains from this, but recently its been harder and harder to add more weight, I used to be able to add weight almost every other workout. My routine goes as follows:
Day 1- Push
Barbel Bench 5x5
Barbel Incline Bench 3x8
Military Press 5x5
Weighted Dips 5x5
Day 2- Pull
Weighted Pullups 5x5
Barbel Row 5x5
Weighted Chinups 5x5
Dumbbell Curls 5x5
Day 3- Legs
I was doing a legs day with squats, dead lifts, calf raises and burpees, but once track started I had to stop because it was too strenuous.
I'm just wondering what everyone thinks of this, if you have any suggestions or tips, they would be greatly appreciated!
