Edit: I know the type of protein makes no difference whether trying to gain or lose weight, it's all about caloric intake. Just thought I'd write that now before someone says "certain proteins aren't better for cutting."
So I just finished my first trutein cinnabun tub, was looking to get another case of something else because I really don't feel like waiting for an order to come in from online so I'll probably stop by vitamin shoppe, what do you guys suggest? I'm currently cutting and don't take any supps other than the trutein cinnabun that finished a few days ago.
Is optimum nutrition good? I'm hoping to cut down to about 12% not sure if I'm on the right track and having a hard time, but I'll continue working on it.
What do you guys suggest?
Thanks!

Hey Opie I'm currently cutting while taking Gold Standard whey. It's the best. The strawberry-banana has low calories and very clean protein.
If ure on a budget, u can take that walmart body fortress brand. Their FB page has a $1 off coupon
My average daily intake is 1500.i only take my protein days I work out (protein takes up about 500 calories, hence 4 servings). I use the protein as meal replacement. I always take 2 servings at a time.
I wouldn't take it on resting days unless you wanna fill up remaining calories or feel ur muscles need a bit more protein to get through.
Hope that helpsGoals:

Thanks for the replies guys, will try 2300 calories and see what happens after a week or two then add more depending on what happens.
I stated that I knew that in the OP, I was asking what protein you guys suggest for satiety and taste after using trutein. I don't want to wait on the order.
Read above, what casein do you suggest?
Read above.

What ON do you suggest? I may go for ON this time as I don't want to wait on it in the mail unless phase 8 is sold at gnc/vitamin shoppe. Thanks and repped.
How do you make sludge? What casein/flavor?
