Hey guys, I'd like to know why about 115-125 for a bench is my max, but i have the hardest time doing inclined. I have trouble on my 2nd set (out of 3) and i use only about 65 pounds. It's somewhat annoying looking like the chump as my face turns red and I try to lift it. Are there any ways to increase this? There's been times where I'm in the weight rooms just doing inclines non-stop because i'm trying to increase it.
