Toms' Road To Brute Strength!!
After reading some others workout logs I decided to make one of my own to track my own progress.
I'll probably use this for rants aswell but hopefully it'll keep me motivated. Now onto my routine!!
Due to college I train 3 times a week on monday, wednesday and friday. Im currently following my own fullbody routine which takes BLSS and adds on exercises from ICF 5x5 to get those aesthetics everyone craves.
WORKOUT A:
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Barbell/Pendlay Row 3x5
Chins 3x8
Shrugs 3x8
Incline DB Curl 3x8
Tricep work 3x8
WORKOUT B:
Squat 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Military Press 3x5
Dips 3x8
Incline DB Curl 3x8
Rear Delt Flies 3x8
Ab work 3x15
My Three big Lifts are: November 2012/Current/Goal by summer
Bench: 50kg/75kg/90kg
Squat: 40kg/80kg/110kg (REALLY FOCUSING ON THIS)
Deadlift: 60kg/100kg/150kg
