Who's physique is better. we are near the same weight, he is taller by a few inches. My arms are 18.5inches. His are 17.5inches thx guyz. I'm top he is bottom.

take pictures with the same angle, plz... the top picture is obviously going to look better. tho, I'd like to see the abs for the bottom picture with less body fat. I think I'd find the genetics on them more appealing

Op really comes off as insecure.... he is always talking about his arm size and and posting pics of himself in a room with only one light bulb. If he spent more time in the gym and less admiring himself here, he would have a nice physique.
Op, to answer your question: if I had either body, I'd put down the fork and run to the gym (literally) to do cardio.

Taking a look at the pictures, there is only one that can be presumed to be the winner in my eyes, the top one.
The issue is that the angle of the second picture is shocking however it looks like you have the better of him here.
