    Iwantogrow Workout log ( Dave´s upper/lower Splits )

    hello has said before im goin to start a new workout and im goin to leave here all my workouts hopefully i wont miss a workout log and development on my body
    My current stats are
    Weight : 65Kg
    Chest : 38,58 inch
    bicps:14,37 inc
    quads:20,28 inc
    waist: 31,89 inc
    forearm: 11,42 inc
    calvs:13,78 inc

    monday il be hitting the gym for my 1st workout that is lower body.
    lets see some hard gains on this workout

    Hello guys, so today was my first day in the gym with this new workout so here are the specs of what i did

    warm up Squats 15x110,23 lb x 15x110,23 lb

    Squats= 8x198,42 lb 8x198,42 lb 8x198,42 lb

    45ºleg press = 12x440,92 lb 12x440,92 lb 12x440,92 lb

    SLdL = 8x198,42 lb 8x198,42 lb 8x198,42 lb

    Leg Curl = 12x110,23 lb 12x110,23 lb 12x110,23 lb

    Standing Calve raises 8x 132,28 lb 8x132,28 lb 8x132,28 lb

    pumped with this new workout, and tomorow will be the 1st day of upper body cant wait
