See, I do give a crap, in fact, I care a ton about it. My personal views absolutely don't match up with porn and fapping. I hope to be completely free of it one day, but I have realized how much hold it has taken in my life. See, I fapped the first time a little before I was 12, found porn a little later (prolly 6 months later or so). I had used a few movies with some nudity in them to keep me going until the days of porn. Went from Google image search to videos. It never got extreme, but honestly fapping has been my only way of dealing with my sex drive all this time. I never learned an alternative. I got heavy into video games and that fueled the addiction.

I can relate with porn being my way of dealing with sex drive. You just have to disassociate yourself from it, which I know can be very difficult. You might have to assess where you are at when 90 days rolls around. You may find you require more time to break free from the porn, as I did but I broke to my disgust. I was on 93 days and still felt that association with porn.

dont know whats happening, been on it about a month, dont keep track too much, relapsed about 1 or 2 times, had sex three times. Just dont feel as horny, still want to watch porn and think of it when banging a chick (i know i know) trying to change my ways, dont know if its just me flat lining or just loss of libido... kinda worried, want to go on a fapping spree just to make sure its all ok down there... help, whats the longest flatline lasts..

My flatline phase started from the get go through to around day 50. Of course during that time there were signs of life down there but it really wasn't until after those 50 days when your libido really comes back. That was my experience. You may find it could take a few weeks, maybe a month or two before everything comes back. Push through it, you'll thank yourself later because it will be worth it.

Mate, everyone here can relate to that feel during no fap. You could be just starting out or be on a solid streak. Channel that into something productive, don't waste it by relapsing like I did.

Now at 2 weeks no fap, and 3 weeks of strict low-carb eating - it's time for a cheat day. It's the first of two cheat days i'll have on this cut and it really helps keep your mind off the urges to fap when your cravings for sugary foods is being satisfied. I should get an amazing workout tomorrow with all these extra carbs and jumping back on my pre-workout after 2 months of no stimulants.

Day 107. I'm happy to see so many new people in here, even though you guys are struggling... the struggle means that you're doing something right brahs, nothing great comes without effort. The important thing here is not to give up, learn about yourselves, contrast and compare to the man you were before no fap, and understand what you've accomplished right until this point. Doesn't it feel good? Well there you go, and the best thing is that it gets even better!! Accept the pain, the cravings, the sudden urges, let them flow through you, don't try to ignore them... just UNDERSTAND that they're not worth it. Not everyone can do this, it is a mindset that is only accomplished through time and effort, but once you get there, it changes EVERYTHING. So for now, you guys just gotta keep pushing. I did at the start of my two longest streaks... the ones I began most motivated. Usually I'd say it's not related, but after knowing all I do now about the human body and how it reacts to these things, I won't rule out that it's a subconscious coping mechanism.

Highest streak I've done is approximately 45 days which started back in November, ended when I was trying on a condom and couldn't get dick hard so I climaxed in the condom with like 75% erection. stay strong brahs. I encourage you guys to look into Buddhism and read into what Buddha had to say about the mind, specifically about the arising and cessation of thoughts. Being always mindful that your consciousness is really just the arising and falling of different thoughts, emotions, perceptions, etc. Meditation can obviously help with this. You come to realize exactly when that thought of porn or wanting to fap arises, and you can destroy it. You know it will only lead to suffering and regret.
