yes. well anyone bigger/leaner than me. so lots of demotivation
you're 25, join the dark side. i would hate to have been training 10 years (ill be 25 when that happens) and still only be in the 160s in contest shape. and you have juiced teens for 1-2 years at 180+ contest shape
if I'm the only one that knows I worked harder, that's crap lol. im sure there are tons of bigger guys who think i don't work hard at all
and btw, get injured and natty = lose all gains, out for 6 months minimum. get injured and juiced = recover 100x faster and don't lose gains
yes. and 5 more years of training will probably equal 2 months of added juice for them.
why don't you look into drugs to help with your constant injuries? at least see a sports medicine doctor/orthopedic surgeon, there's one that lives near me that 'specializes' in researching (and i guess prescribing) growth factors (drugs) to heal tendons 10x faster than normalLast edited by SammyJr; 07-09-2014 at 07:54 PM.

I don't think I'm quite at that stage yet haha..one drunken injury, a bout of tendinitis and a tweaked tricep doesn't quite warrant importing HGH
Plus, the biceps is healed (hasn't bugged me in months), the pec hasn't hurt at all in a month or two and the tricep seems to be healing
edit: this isn't America man, you get given doctors and drugs on the NHS (and you wait months for specialists), they aren't exactly gonna hand out HGH for a sore elbow

7-8 weeks for the bicep I think (no upper at all) then super light for a couple months after that..lost almost all of the muscle I'd gained up until that point but regained it pretty quickly
Haven't trained chest (no bench or OHP) since like January, didn't take a complete break because it was more of a gradual twinge appearing than a singular injury. Chest is at pre lifting levels currently and my delts look like chit too
Haven't trained upper body since I hurt the tri (5 weeks maybe?) but I've started doing very light rehab (cable negatives and 4kg kickbacks) and with little to no discomfort. Haven't lost too much size that I can see but I'm flat as hell, arms and shoulders look so deflated lol. But my legs are growing nicely from all the extra attention they've been getting..so I got that going for me

Inb4 torn dual ACL's from leg extension
For chest you said a twinge. You mean there wasn't pain but it felt like there was a lot of tension or it would develop into an injury had you kept going? That's what I'm feeling with my pec. im trying to just foam roll and stretch mmore.i feel when my pec clicks during exercises it tends to get abnormally sore very quick. And feels discomforting but not really any painFull Blown Baby

Like Sammy, you seem to be prone to injuries. He diets for too long and you said that you like to party (drinking, maybe not enough resting, check your diet). Probably that's where both of you have to look for some answers.
It was expected for them to play safe after Brazil's destruction. In the final Germany will attack permanently and Argentina will play mostly defense.

I honestly hope that Joachim Loew doesn't mess up the german team again. Ever since I can remember Germany always plays it safe in the final or semi-final, and they get scored on towards the end of the match. I hope he gives them permission to go full offence on Argentina and give us a 4-0 score, just like in 2010. I also hope Brazil beats the Netherlands, just because Netherlands was a pain to watch this tournament with the exception of the group stage.

I wouldn't say it was boring...well it was but not because they were playing **** but rather tactful.
If you try and appreciate that style of play and focus on what the defence are doing the game is more enjoyable, rather than focusing on the lack of attack.
Hope Argentina can pull it off for my works sweep. Germans gonna German though.I Discovered A Meal Between Breakfast And Brunch

I'm talking about the rest of the games too. Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Croatia. All poor performances by Brazil.
I'm rooting for Argentina and my boy Messi (plus they are Brazil's biggest rivals and it would be crazy if they won the cup) but I think Germany will win. I wont be sad either way, Germany deserves it.
