Well I felt like it's time to get bigger for college and I've been 135-140 pounds for the past 3 years. I believe it's time for a change. Does anyone have tips for the eating? I have to consume about 2500-3000 calories. :/ Anyways here's some before pictures. Any tips on what I should focus on please let me know! I'm looking for any advice I can get

Plan you meals a day before on myfitnesspal, trying to gather food to eat on the day of is a PITA. If you can pre make all you food it's even better, get you macros in check and you don't have to worry about what to eat and stress over how you gonna get all that food in you.
2500-3000cal is perfect for someone your weight and BF% which i think it's around 11-12%I lift marshmallows
