I've only paid my credit cards online. Last thing i made payments on that was not online was my previous car. After awhile I set it up so my bank sent a payment every month for me.
Most services now have automatic bill pay options available, but at the very least, just an online method to make payments.-

I'm 21 and only have a debit card. One of my older friends was telling me I should get a credit card and just use it on all the stuff I buy now like gas, food, etc and to pay it off right away just to build credit.
My only fear is getting caught paying interest or some fees. I have a hard time trusting these credit card companies.Last year I spent more money on spilled liquor in bars than 99% of miscers make in a year.

If you pay off the balance by the end of each month (before your statement is posted) the nyou will incur no interest fees.
You'll boost your crdit score, as the credit company makes their money by charging the stores/vendors a fee for each credit purchase (why some small stores will say they won't allow credit purchases under a certain $ amount. Generally stores are charged like $3-5 fee for credit charges or something. So it is not worth it for a small time company to have a zero profit charge)-

chazzy, forget that PM, just realised there is a new thread. Except the second part. you can answer that
"Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves…" - Dao de Ching
The biggest secret in life is not that we go through life discovering ourselves but that we go through life creating our selves. Think about that.

haha i was going to ask if maybe the old one was locked and you didn't realize there was a new one.
+ Yeah, I know that NPH is gay in real life. There is two plausible explanations:
1. NPH went gay as the ultimate bro to give the rest of us bros a solid chance.
2. Someone said, "I bet you can't act gay for the rest of your life!" and NPH replied, "Challenge accepted!"-

The proprioceptive feedback of a belt is usually nice, if nothing else. (I hope I spelled that right, my browser doesn't know WTF to do with that word)
You probably were tighter. I've always operated under the assumption that the belt provides something for the core to contract against, allowing it to do a little more work/work a little more efficiently, and stabilize the torso a little better.

i dont even know what that means and google couldnt do anything with it
i think that is it lol.
thanks Manly. i have used it for squats since i got it but never really had an interest in pulling with it. but with the way my low back has been tight, sore, and very slow to recover lately i figured belting up was probably the smarter decision. i know it isnt a crutch to be used in place of good form but i am hoping it takes some of the risk out of the lift. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
