So here it goes....
Turned 40 this year, it's been 3 years and 8 months since my 4th major back surgery. Decided in March of this year to go back to the gym, taking it slow. There was some pain in the beginning but I have been pain free for the last few months.
5' 10" @ 171 lbs.
I build custom bucket/utility/digger/crane trucks for a living and am working 5 x 10.5 hours Monday thru Friday. Plus work is 75 miles one way. So I'm out the door at 3:40am and back home by about 5:30pm.
Today's session was chest @ 7:00am, 12 hours of sleep last night. Felt alive!!
