Dexter is perfect! Wow
Pac needs more lats. Arms have come up. He looks good from the front and side but gets pwned when he turns around. Still good enough for 2nd imo.
Freeman looks burned out.
Nunn needs more muscle mass and thickness, I can't see him beating Pac but good enough for 3rd.__________________________

Man, when dexter is by himself, there's no man with a better looking physique on the planet. And to be doing it at his age is phenomenal. Tip of the hat to him. If he were 2-3 inches taller with the same look to his physique he would be multiple time Mr O

I wasn't trying to attack you, I was trying to have a discussion.
Since when does one muscle group define your entire physique? He should be an NPC competitor because his back isn't on par with the elites? Well, if we follow that line of thinking, and one muscle weakness means you shouldn't be a pro, we wouldn't have many pros left.
Kai... traps aint too good man, sorry. Back to the amateurs for you.
Phil? Still narrow? Ah, that's too bad, back to the NPC. We don't care that you have two sandows.Bench: 215x12 (17/12/2011) PR since torn RC

It's weird that you say that when you're the one who started it all. I haven't been pretentious or insulting at all in this thread. But let's look at your posts.
You've accused me of being argumentative, out of control, called me a little bitch and a whiney pussy. Yet I'm the bad poster.
I don't get it bud, I really don't. I didn't agree with what you said, made a very simple comment about it that wasn't insulting in any way, you freak out, throw insults left and right, and for some reason I'm to blame.Bench: 215x12 (17/12/2011) PR since torn RC

Me and you? I have always found most of your posts to be either smart-allic (sp?) or rude. Just tiresome with people mentioned always trying to argue and start crap on here. People choose not to post because of it. I find the "expert advice" from non competetive athletes just absurd. Sure, everyone has an opinion but once you have "been there" and understand it your words have a lot more credibility. That's all.

To be 100% honest really the only times I have conversations or rebuttles are due to a select few making rude comments or acting as if their word is the only thing that is true. I get along with a lot of people on here. I don't agree with some things but I won't eat someone's lunch for having a different opinion. I guess I am saying a few bad apples spoils the bunch. I'd like to have this section have good conversations and not argue or whine.

I don't know if there is something wrong with you but you just described yourself to a tee.
As for someone on here who has competed having more credibility than from someone who hasn't. That's utter bull****. What's that got to do with evaluating a physique, pinpointing weaknesses, comparing to others etc.?
You say you want to have good conversations? Well make a ****ing effort!A pattern in the chaos.

In regards to taking any type of training advice or nutritional advice and understanding the sport I feel yes......competitor's have more credibility. Reading replies in regards to any steroid, SEO's etc is also humorous coming from naturals acting like they are experts on those also.
In closing, I take advice from training, diet, etc a lot better than those who never stepped foot onstage. There is nothing wrong with that. As far as opinions on a physique.....those are opinions that are fine in my book. That is where I disagree. Nothing more I have to say on it to be honest.
