Lots of things happened today and couldn't make it to the gym so I just ran.

Ran .5 miles
Walked .2 miles
Ran .5 miles

3 Sets of Crunches, 35 reps.

Day 4 today I took 2 Hydroxycuts when I woke up and another 1 at 5pm. Felt a lot more energy and 'alive' through the day. Few things happened today here that kept me from going to check out Retro Fitness so



And it was soooo damn cold outside that when I actually walked and took long big breaths in it hurt like a MOTHERFOCKER! Hurt the nose, throat, chest. I was def not born to live in the cold. I need to get out of Jersey ASAP! I could have ran for longer, done 2 miles easy but I'm weak when it comes to the cold, if its below 60 degrees its TOO COLD for me. So I blame the cold and my weakness to the cold for not running for longer. Tomorrow I'm doing the same thing, 2 when I wake up and 1 in the afternoon before I do shoulders to see how my workout will be like.

About to go have my Phase 8 shake with skim milk. Hopefully I'll like it more than when mixed with water. I'll be doing a video review of Phase 8 review later this week.

20 lb x 8 reps (pretty sure I had a bad form and was swinging the weight up.)

Arnold Dumbbell Press:

2 Hydroxycut caps at 10am and 1 cap at 5pm. Good energy throughout the day. Man had some surprises today while lifting. Starting the shoulders presses. Shoulders are my weakest, when I do shoulder presses they HURT, not sore or little pain, THEY HURT! But today there was no pain So I kept going with my workout very happy, probably looking like an idiot with a smile on my face lol. Wish I had more weight to do the shrugs, I love doing heavy shrugs. Last work here in Jersey at the gym I did 100lb DB Shrugs on my last set for 8 reps. Damn good moment and PR for me than. The last exercise reverse flyes was a big surprise, the 7.5lb weights felt so god damn heavy! I was dying doing them! Tomorrow 100% back in the gym! I need to test Hydroxycut while at the gym with heavier weights! Well except tomorrow will be a rest day but its all good I'll do abs and bike.
