Hmm I have not. I used to eat chicken seasoned with garlic and lemon pepper, its daaaaaamn tasty with just about anything! Back in 2009 doing p90x I used to have that chicken with garlic and lemon pepper on those whole wheat pita bread, so good man!

Workout today was done after taking 2 doses of Hydroxycut and Neurocore. Had plenty of energy. Wasn't gasping for air, only struggled between the 1, 1, 2 hammer curls. If you don't know what that is, its this

But I do them standing and not moving my upper arms at all just curling up the weight up. That s#it is tough! I went with low weight because last year when I did them the first time it whoooooooooped my ass! Its a lot of reps! But its worth it! My biceps were PUMPED to the max, super swollen! At the end of my workout I could barely take my shirt off because of the pump I had in my biceps! Had a super cold Phase 8 shake after my workout. I read a few logs the past 3 months were people would make their shake and put them in the fridge for after their workout. Don't know why, don't know how but it felt so good after my workout, even thought it was cold as hell! lol Tomorrow I'll start having Phase 8 with skim milk, the next few days I'll be adding strawberries and banana as well.
Woke up today super sore on my legs. Wasn't surprised at it but I also woke up with this crazy pain on my foot. NO IDEA why but its right in the sole of the foot. Felts like I spent a whole day on top of a baseball ball and now it hurts. It's weird, really weird that I got this pain. Hopefully it will go away soon.
Hoping I'll start at Retro tomorrow. I need and want heavier weights! For them deadlifts!

It's cuz there is a lot of people posting here. But my lifts are there. Today was just my 3rd workout lol.
Fun with the log. Everyone always does the samething. I lifted this, this many times, I took this supplement before and after. I try to stand out and make the log fun.
