bump
qualified for that house, so a lot of time/money/effort has been put towards that
(sorry for the absence but I did miss you all)
job is still a work on progress but im always optimistic
have a Seattle trip in January so that should be something new
and training wise, my muscle and strength is decent but Im going to have to start jogging/running more
I hope everyone has been well and are spending the holidays with family and loved ones

So stopped weight training for a while? You always held your weight pretty well anyway so I'm sure you're just looking big and jacked at 240. Won't take long to get it back ... muscle memory is a wonderful thingOriginally Posted by RyouBakua

but that seems like an excuse knowing what everyone goes through
i did go on vacation in Feb for 2 weeks to WA/CA and gained 20lbs
that didnt help much...
but it was worth it
