While I agree they will launch an attack it won't be a superpower like us they attack. My money is on S Korea. And that's a long way from now when the program is fully developed and they have a stockpile and can deal with us helping the South.. This is just a dog and pony show to piss off the UN and the US for the sanctions we're about to slam down. They don't have the nuts to step up yet. Especially not on our soil.

yeah, we all know N.Korea is being run by a nut. I fail to see any positive for timing this threat with the UN meeting. If anything, it will have the opposite effect, by forcing China into a corner, unable to claim that N.Korea is not a threat. Sanctions are coming.

They have suspected to not have the longer range missles to carry the warheads but N.Korea has faith that they do. Take what you want from that.
