dont know what supplements, but in his book, arnold said that posing; constantly tensing and flexing his muscles made them hard...

With absolutely no disrespect intended I have to say that when I read the thread title:

    "Supplement to make Muscle Hard?"

All I could think of was: Iron.

    can't beat that advice.

maybe not accurate (i hesitated to say anything) but i have one suggestion: stop the creatine and see if it is rounding you out with extra water.

you may need to up your conditioning to get lean and vascular. high volume training may be helpful too. but really, i think the body is beautiful when it is supple. but perhaps you just want to look muscular rather than loose the naturally relaxed shape and feel???

And yet, you definitely dont want to overtrain. That's a surefire way to get soft flabby muscles. Train hard as you can, but make sure you're getting enough sleep and recovering completely between workouts.

The only way your mucles are going to get "harder" is through diet. The right kinds of food (protein) will help with this.

Also constant flexing and holding for 7-10 seconds daily will help alot to.

I used to take a supplement called Vanadal Sulfate, it really helped alot to make my muscle dense and hard. I don't think they make it anymore and even if they do I don't think it is as potent as it once was.
    On the list for Bannukah
