I am 40yrs old and have been working out for 6months i have learned how to eat right take protien has needed and i take creatine and a good multivitamin and workout 5days a week and feel good with what i have learned and am doing....but my question is is there a supplement out there to take to keep your muscles hard even after you workout or not working out?? Thanks ahead of time.

can't beat that advice.
maybe not accurate (i hesitated to say anything) but i have one suggestion: stop the creatine and see if it is rounding you out with extra water.
you may need to up your conditioning to get lean and vascular. high volume training may be helpful too. but really, i think the body is beautiful when it is supple. but perhaps you just want to look muscular rather than loose the naturally relaxed shape and feel???

The only way your mucles are going to get "harder" is through diet. The right kinds of food (protein) will help with this.
Also constant flexing and holding for 7-10 seconds daily will help alot to.
I used to take a supplement called Vanadal Sulfate, it really helped alot to make my muscle dense and hard. I don't think they make it anymore and even if they do I don't think it is as potent as it once was.On the list for Bannukah
