Hey guys, im having problem with the chest, it's growing slow as ****, and i'm ****ing tierd of it
ive tried everything, changed routines, chaning weight and reps and so on... i'm not getting anything in my chest, no soreness or anything
i only feel in triceps and delts sometimes.. i don't think it's my form cuz i got good form.. anyone can help? other parts is growing insane..

if you are feeling it a lot in your triceps it seems you are possibly holding the bar wrong and putting a good flex on your wrist. The more aligned your wrist is with your forearm (straight down as ur benching) will isolate your chest more . Another decent idea is negatives, they helped in the beginning with size and the routine that worked best for me developing my chest (just started developing and coming in) is work the upper chest!. Also a good thing to try is maybe when you are near the top never fully extend so you still have tension on the muscle and almost all the way down (easier on shoulders) but when ur near top flex your chest and squeeze it each rep.

Lol damn, well yeah try pulling your shoulder blades back, they're probably flared up and out when pressing. And that's a possibility, I believe at around 17-19 your testosterone levels hit its peak then stays there up until about 25(?), I could be wrong but I do believe that's when it's at its peak.

bench press...Wideeeeeeeeeeeee grip.
I do index fingers on the rings, which basically only uses you're chest.
Do some chest dips too, those are killer.Risk it for the biscuit
