What website or app is that you're using to track your calories and macros, I use MyFitnessPal but I don't like it that much and I'm trying to find another free alternative.

It actually is MyFitnessPal I just copy it from the website. It works for me but I question its accuracy on some things. I'm thinking about checking out some other software though. Just havent found one that I like more than MyFitnessPal.

Yea, I realized today that's what it was, I never looking at the diary in printable mode. Some things of course are inaccurate because there are user submissions. Organic stuff and homemade recipes are kinda troublesome, but if what you're using has a barcode MyFitnessPal is pure gold, if you have the phone app, you can just scan all your foods through.

Back on here from my Birthday weekend. Plenty of drinking was had. But had a great time. Now its back to the grind of work. Ready to get back to being serious about my diet/workout. It was a nice little break but have a feeling I added some pounds.

My Diet - also not on here is a bowl of cereal. So probably an extra 500cals

Was ready to hit the gym today. I bruised a damn rib tonight whenever I was doing DB Bench Press. I broke my right hand a couple years ago in a fight and I never had it worked on and for some reason it just gave out. First time its ever happened and don't think it will be a problem but I dropped the 60lb weight right on to my lower chest. It didn't feel to great. Went ahead and finished my workout but when I tried squats it just flared up to much and couldn't do anything over 135 @ 5x5. I've had bruised ribs in the past so I should be fine just have to roll with it for now.

My Workout - Chest/Biceps/Squat (another 5lbs increase in most of my lifts)

    DB Bench Press 3x8 - 60lbs
    DB Incline Press 3x8 - 45lbs
    Bench Flies 3x8 - 40lbs
    Incline Flies 3x8 - 30lbs
    Fly Machine 3x10 - 100lbs
    Tricep Rope Pulldowns 3x12 - 70lbs
    Tricep Press 3x8 - 45lbs
Squats 5x5 - 135 (busted up rib all I could really do)

Planned on lifting today but my bruised ribs were pretty sore and could tell by just lifting and moving around at work that I would probably be better off by taking the day off from the gym. A little pissed about my rib but what can ya do?

Also busy day at work so my diet wasn't what it needed to be but I was hanging around 208lbs this morning so I definitely added some pounds over my Birthday weekend.

Rib is still very tender. Been putting heat on it and icing it. Then putting some Tiger Balm on it. It feels a little better tonight. Hoping to give it a go tomorrow at the gym after work. On another note I feel like my diet is getting back in check since I've cut alcohol totally out of my diet. Just have to keep it out and get back on the right track.

Day Off spent it fishing. No luck but good to spend a full day outdoors. Ribs have pretty much stopped my lifting. Its been almost a week now. Also been focusing on hitting my calories.

Haven't been logging in much. Been very busy with work. Haven't been logging every thing on MyFitnessPal last couple days so I'm not for sure on my diet. I feel like I've probably gained a little weight. I weight myself on Saturdays. My rib finally feels good enough to give the weights a try again. Not being able to lift has really killed my motivation.

I can't let myself go back to old ways and that's not an option I'm going to allow myself. Have a 16hr day ahead of me tomorrow but hoping I can get to the gym. Hope everybody is sticking to hitting their goals. I know I haven't met my 199lb mark yet but it will happen although I've fell short on my diet/workout for the last two weeks.

I was starting to wonder where you were at. I wanted to see if you ended up starting on creatine.

Alright time to get back at it. Finally cleared to lift again (separated cartilage in my ribs). I'm sure I've lost some strength and mass. I still haven't hit under 200lbs I'm around 201-203. Not sure why but have been getting a lot more compliments about how I've been looking lately. Had a ball room event Monday Night for the Patriot Cup (charity event my work puts on) and had numerous co-workers compliment me. Also haven't been using MyFitnessPal for the last month. I will continue to go on with out it and see if I can drop weight without it.

Think my main thing will be getting motivated to workout after a 12-14hr shift. But reaching goals and being successful is never an easy road.
